Terms of Service

  1. Please include a completed Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) worksheet in each box returned.
  2. Mark all boxes in shipment with RMA number provided.
  3. RMA is valid for 90 days from date of issue. A new RMA number will be required if items not received within 90 days.
  4. Items returned without a valid RMA number will be returned to sender.
